Frederik Baumann, licensed psychotherapist in Munich
Welcome – I’m glad you found my website, and perhaps we will soon meet in person at my practice near Sendlinger Tor.
I am a licensed psychological psychotherapist and treat adults using cognitive behavioural therapy. In couples therapy, I work with a systemic approach. After eight years in various clinics, I opened my own private practice in Munich in 2024. I offer therapy and coaching in English and German.

Qualifications
- Licensed psychological psychotherapist (Approbation, 2023), specialising in cognitive behavioural therapy
- Training in systemic couples therapy
- Member of the Bavarian Chamber of Psychotherapists (PTK Bayern)
- Degree in psychology, University of Innsbruck (2011–2017)
- Languages: English and German
Professional experience
- since September 2024 – own private practice in Munich
- since June 2024 – outpatient psychotherapy at a large private practice in Munich
- 2017–2024 – psychotherapist in training, later licensed psychotherapist at Schön Klinik Roseneck
- 2017–2023 – outpatient psychotherapy at the Kirinus training clinic
