Coaching in English – in Munich and online

Confidential, without a diagnosis and outside your health insurance – for people who want to move forward professionally or personally.

Not every challenge is an illness. Sometimes you face a decision, a new role or a situation where you would like a clear, professionally grounded outside perspective. In coaching, I support you in a structured, goal-oriented way – at my practice near Sendlinger Tor or by video, wherever you are.

Typical topics

  • Stress, pressure and high workload
  • Leadership roles and conflicts in the team
  • Career decisions and reorientation
  • Perfectionism and self-doubt
  • Settling into life and work in a new country
  • Preventing exhaustion and finding a better work-life balance

Coaching with a psychotherapist

I am a licensed psychological psychotherapist and worked in clinics for eight years, including the Schön Klinik Roseneck. In coaching, I draw on methods from cognitive behavioural therapy and systemic practice – and I can recognise when a concern goes beyond coaching. More about me

The setting

  • No diagnosis: coaching is about your goals, not about findings.
  • Outside your health insurance: coaching is independent of your health insurance, so you can address a topic simply and on your own terms.
  • Confidentiality: I am bound by professional secrecy – even if your employer pays. On request, your employer receives the invoice, but no content.
  • Place and language: in Munich or fully online by video – in English or German.

Fees and employer funding

A 50-minute coaching session costs €250 including VAT. Coaching is not covered by health insurance. Many employers, especially larger companies, pay for coaching as professional development or health promotion – it is worth asking your HR department. I am happy to invoice your employer directly.

Coaching or therapy?

Coaching does not replace psychotherapy. If it turns out that your difficulties go further – for example depression or an anxiety disorder – we will openly discuss whether therapy is the better path.
